The article seeks to characterize the most prominent phrases of the 2025 presidential campaign, which owe their popularity to statements made by politicians. It demonstrates how the Polish language is being enriched with new linguistic units. The author’s focus is on the following catchphrases: nie uważam nic (‘I don’t think anything’), cóż szkodzi obiecać (‘no harm in promising’) and the phraseologism na żyletkę / na żyletki (‘razor-thin’), which, under the influence of its use in the sphere of Polish politics, has expanded its lexical combinability.
